As I was in the shower today I really asked myself what is the most powerful weapon against a Corrupt Power... Is it guns or knives? Missiles or nukes? No. Those things only cause more death and pain. What about love? Maybe, but not alone. What if we added free thinking. Oh, you already think freely? Okay, maybe you have your thoughts but are they truly your feelings? Are they your own opinions? Or has this Corrupt Power spoon fed us opinions and and ideas of how to feel for so long that we are all so blind. Not just blind in what we perceive physically but also in our hearts and minds.
We have become so numbed by to our own ACTUAL needs.
" You need THINGS to be happy. You aren't beautiful unless you are skinny and blemish free. You NEED this you NEED that. BUY BUY BUY OUR STUFF TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU BELONG." While lining their pockets with our money they are also telling us what WE NEED to be us. They are forming these ideas in our head that we wouldnt be happy without what they can provide for us.They want us to become dependent on them so when the time comes they will have complete control over our needs and wants.
We need to wake up. This " Power " is just a trap. A dead end. how do we escape you ask? By free thinking... Not just free thinking but the ability to act on these thoughts. They are so scared of us that they have turned us against each other. Men against women. Color against color. Children against parents. Instead of working together to realize that these problems do not require us to act of violence. We fight and bicker over the silliest things. we fight over social media, scaring and cutting each other with powerful words of hate and discrimination. We fight in the streets, killing each other over the color of our skin or the difference of our beliefs. We fight in our homes, Mother against father, setting bad examples for our children causing them to act out because they have no clue how to deal with what they are feeling.
We have completely forgot the reason for our creation. To serve and love one another just as Jesus called us to do on many occasions.
John 13: 34-35 "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are my disciples "
1 John 4:7-8 " Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, Because God is love. "
Mathew 5:44-45 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and unrighteous. "
John 15:12-13 " My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no man than this: to lay down ones life for ones friend. "
Romans 12:8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves other has fulfilled the law. "

In these scriptures Jesus example showed us how to live fulfilling and happy lives, by serving one another and not ourselves. We were created out of love for love. Yet here we are brothers and sisters... In a world run by instant self gratification. Fighting for superiority and equality instead of embracing our uniqueness as individuals and simply loving each other for those differences. This Corrupt Power has done a great job at twisting out purpose in this life.
Sometimes I get stuck in the idea that there is no hope but that's buying in to their lies. For Jesus said in John 14:6 Jesus answered " I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. " I would suggest reading the whole chapter on your own. Hell, the whole book is amazing. We have nothing to fear brothers and sisters. We must stand up to this Corrupt Power that has filled us with anger and fear. We must be born again in to love and break the bonds they have bound us in.
It is time, brothers and sisters, for us to change. Time for us to grow in Jesus, grow in loving each other as he has called us to.
Even if you do not believe in my God you must admit that the only way for things to change, for us to live in harmony, is to love and respect each other To forgive and move on. This life is way to short for us to hate each other so well. We have crafted our lives around hate, we have built a whole country on it. We have destroyed the very foundation of our creation with it. Isn't it time for us to perfect a new craft? I think so...
